Common issues

Scan stuck on "Analyzing…"

Usually a temporary network issue. Pull-to-refresh on the result screen, or try a sharper photo. If it persists, restart the app.

The AI got my food wrong

Tap the flag icon on the scan result screen and tell us what it actually was. Your corrections improve the model.

My step count is stuck at 0

Make sure NuetriLens has the "Physical activity" permission: Settings → Apps → NuetriLens → Permissions → Physical activity → Allow. Then restart the app.

I'm on the wrong plan / payment didn't go through

Email us with your order ID (from the Cashfree confirmation page) and we'll sort it within 24 hours.

Delete my account

In the app: Profile → bottom of the page → Sign out → Delete account. We retain financial records for legal compliance but everything else is purged within 30 days.
